Extruder
Any brand of extruder with an output up to 450 kg/h may be used as preferred by the customer, or provided from an existing productionline.

Diehead
The diehead and tools are designed especially for this type of multistrand extrusion.
They will give you maximum linespeeds and the dimension accuracy you require.
Optimal wall thickness tolerances on the pipes are controlled by special designed temp. controls on the diehead and tools
The maximum no. of strands for the most common sizes are

• 4 strands 16 mm
• 4 strands 20 mm
• 4 strands 25 mm
• 2 strands 32 mm

The line further consists off:

• Vacuum calibration tank (full bath)
• Cooling tank
• Haul off
• Swarlfless cutting unit (knife)
